SALES TRACKING
Unlike
some other real estate agents in this area, our job does not finish after
selling you a property - we look after your new acquisition until it is fully
finished (if you buy an un-built property), or until the whole purchase
transaction is fully accomplished. In the case of properties being built, we
aim to send you a monthly report explaining how the construction is proceeding.
CONFIDENCE
Before paying your
first pound, we generally advise you of the status of the property you want to
buy at the Land Registry, its planning status etc. We can also assist you to
find a reputable law firm that can act for you in the purchase.
QUALITY
W
e try only to work with the more reputable house builders,
and with properties with all the permissions required by the Spanish
authorities. In essence, we try to sell quality rather than quantity.
ASSISTANCE
Our aim is to
assist you with all the paperwork necessary after completion so that you can
start living in your new Spanish home (electricity, water services,
etc.). We will assist you to avoid the usual language problems,
unknown obligations or time periods.
